At Fourmula, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and your statutory rights.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent legislation in the EU, US, Canada, and Australia) are not affected.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened supplement products are not eligible for return under this statutory cancellation right unless they are faulty.

  • Unopened items must be returned in their original, sealed, saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs under this statutory right are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

This statutory right does not apply to digital products once access or download has begun (see Section 5).


2. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Orders)

We want you to try Fourmula with confidence.

If you are a first-time customer and have given the product a fair try but feel it is not right for you, we offer a voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Your first purchase only

  • Physical products

  • Digital products (see Section 5)

How to Claim

  1. Email support@fourmula.com within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  2. Include your order number and a short explanation.

  3. Return the product as instructed (we will provide a prepaid return label).

Once received and checked, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Important Conditions

  • First-time customers only.

  • You may open one pack to qualify (for example, 1 of 3 in a multipack).

  • If multiple packs are opened, we will refund the equivalent of one opened and one unopened pack.

  • The opened pack (even if empty) must be returned along with any sealed packs.

  • Sealed packs must be returned unopened and in saleable condition.

This guarantee is separate from and in addition to your statutory rights.


3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Items)

If you change your mind and have not opened the product:

  • You may return unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original, sealed, saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free return.

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Items sent in error must be returned unopened and unused.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.


5. Digital Products

For digital products:

Under UK & EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have begun downloading or accessing digital content.

By purchasing and accessing digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this.

However, our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies to first-time purchases.


6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Refunds for subscription products already delivered are subject to the terms of this Returns & Refund Policy.

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
