Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains the terms and details for these special purchase options, including how you can manage, change, or cancel them.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment providers and you will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting support@fourmula.com.

To prevent your next renewal charge, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation is made after this cut-off, the renewal charge will apply and the change will take effect from the following cycle.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product not yet in stock but expected to become available.

Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched by contacting support@fourmula.com with your order number.

Once dispatched, pre-orders cannot be cancelled and are subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
