Our Shipping Commitment
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Delivery times can vary by destination and time of year, so the most accurate estimate is always the shipping information shown on the product page and at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Forumula Supplement.
United Kingdom (Tracked): We offer free tracked UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is typically 2–3 working days.
UK Next Working Day Option: If available for your order, you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery is typically next working day.
International: We ship to the United States, EU, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery is typically 5–10 working days (varies by destination and local processing).
Dispatch schedule:
Orders are packed and dispatched once daily at around 12:30pm (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 12:30pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:30pm are usually dispatched the next working day.
Weekends & Bank Holidays: Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 12:30pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Couriers may still deliver at weekends in some areas, but weekend delivery isn’t guaranteed.
Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed. During busy periods (for example, seasonal peaks), severe weather, or service disruption, delivery may take longer than usual.
Important Shipping Information
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link. If you have any questions please reach out to use at support@fourmula.com
Multiple Shipments: If your order contains a mix of products, items may be dispatched separately and arrive in multiple packages at different times.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (including any upgrade options) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Customs and Duties: For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Customs processing can also impact delivery times.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
Other Products
Other physical products: Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Digital products: (planners, templates, etc.) are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to your email address.
Stock Availability & Pre-Orders
Delivery estimates in this policy apply to in-stock items. From time to time, a product may be available on a pre-order basis or be temporarily out of stock while we await a new shipment.
In such cases, the expected dispatch date or timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the item becomes available.
