These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fourmula.com website, products, and app services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or purchase our products.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Fourmula products are food/dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The information provided on our website and app is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a medical condition
  • Are taking medication

Individual results may vary.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Shopify and PayPal. We do not store full card details.

Prices are displayed in [GBP/USD/etc.] and do not include VAT unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties in your country.

4. Subscriptions (App & Products)

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorise recurring billing at the stated interval.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Refunds for subscription products already delivered are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in charges for the next billing period.

5. App Use & Licence

When you subscribe to the Fourmula app, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer
  • Copy or reproduce content
  • Share login credentials
  • Use the app unlawfully

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

6. Digital Content

Where digital content is provided, access may be immediate.

If you are located in the UK or EU, by accessing digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, product names, text, graphics, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Fourmula.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Upload malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

If you are a consumer residing outside the UK, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
